Dinosaur movie where they go to New york.?

The dinosaurs start out real then that ship gets them and turns them so they can talk. the T-ex is named Rex I think. Theres also that creepy guy with the glass eye and all the ravens. Me and my sister were trying to figure it out, all she can remember is the T-rex was playing golf telling the story to these little birds or critters. Thanks. :)
