Science question: Were humans on the planet when dinosaurs were roaming the earth?

If so, wouldn't we be extinct to when the meteor killed the dinosaurs?

1. This isn't science anymore, it's general knowledge. Humans appeared about a million years ago, dinosaurs died out about 65 million years ago.
2. Humans did not evolve until long after the non-avian dinosaurs went extinct 65 million years ago. We are relative new comers.
3. Of course we were, we ate them into extinction along with wooly mammoths, sabre tooth tigers, the passenger pigeon, unicorns, elves and leprechauns.
4. Humans were not living at the same time as the dinosaurs. A nice observation about the K-T extinction event, though.
5. Diniosaurs became extinct 65,000,000 years ago, and that was long before humen appeared.
