Dinosaur Files

How would you feel if dinosaurs still lived today?

Assume the possibility exists to create a living dinosaur from original DNA. What problems do you foresee in maintaining this new population of dinosaurs and what dangers might exist to humans because of this extraordinary experiment in colonization?

  1. AWESOME
  2. i would b scared, dont want to b anyones dinner lol i think it would b neat but look at it this way...we would have alot of trouble cause we are taking over the animals land as it is now and theyre coming too close to civilization...we wouldnt have room for them
  3. Look, we only evolved after the dinos got wiped out 65 Million years ago. Before that, mammals were small critters hiding underground -- so our ancestors survived the meteor -- The Big Guys did not. Proto-mammals and early dinos competed head-to-head before that -- about 250 million years ago. Our guys lost. It would have been a real challenge building the Pyramids with all the workers getting eaten, right? Even if we could survive, our civilizations could not be built.
  4. HOW COOL!!! I would hope not too many were created with that DNA though and that they were kept in zoos! I think it would be expensive to take care of dinosaurs and shelter them. They may overpopulate and they obviously couldn't be loose! Problems could be finding vets, specialists ect. that could take proper care of them, finding the right diet, housing them, keeping them from escaping. If one escaped that would definately be bad. They could destroy homes, buildings and natural environments.
  5. If dinosaurs lived today, we would not survive. It would be the apocalipse. And the dinosaurs would evolve...... Then humanity would be exterminated.
