Is the Loch Ness monster a dinosaur?
So Right now i'm watching this tv show on the history channel "Deep Sea Detectives". And they say that it may have been a dinosaur which survived for millions of years underwater. So do you believe this stuff and if not what do you think the Loch Ness monster is? Does it exist or is it a myth? But if it was a myth how do you explain all the pictures?
Public Comments
- It's a myth
- That is what it looks like
- I saw a photo once of the "Loch Ness" and it was proven to be an Elephent. The neck and head was the trunk out of the water breathing, and the body was the top of the elephant's head. I suppose everyone likes to swim now and then.
- yes. they say it is related to the dinosaur.they call it a monster because its big and..something which we dont see often. but it is actually related to a dinosaur. sort of a reptile. some of the pics are hoaxes made by humans.like the thingy sticking out of the water. that was a hoax.the pictures...some could be reall...some could be made by humans (fake). i feel that it does exist...but its ONLY just an opinion.it could be true or not. but i strongly feel it does because recently scientists have been discovering soo many new species..theres bound to be much much more out there...undiscovered...such as big foot (proabably related to monkeys)or the loch ness (probably related to reptiles). bottom line: well never know.seeing is really believing except for religion: God. of course. cheers. i hope one day we wil find the loch ness
- you can watch the discovery channel about it or maybe its tlc im not sure but it was trying to figure out what it is and what it does is it says there is something in there that we dont know about and the tried to picture it as a dinosaur and the dinosaur that they sid it would be would be at the surface to much to not be seen less than a couple times a year
- I think it is a dinosaur.
- It was a Scotsman playing his bag pipes on his was home from a party and some weed got caught up on the pipes as he was walking across the lake bed. His mate wee Willie who had just finished a bottle of Green Label saw all of this and though it was a monster. Ever since then they have had to fake the pictures to keep the myth alive.
- Supposingly the lochness monster could be a living dinosaur. It is proven that such a creature could survive with the many fish that swims in the loch ness.We know for sure a lot of pictures are fake,But there is a handful of lock ness monster pictures that are proven not to be a fake. I certainly do believe that such a monster exists in the loch. And chances are that it is a living dinosaur. From what I heard scientists sometimes do find animals in the sea (and sometimes on land) that do exist that was thought to be extinct for millions of years. One fish I heard was thought to be extinct for millions of years,But was discoveryed recently. So the point is who is to say that such a creature could not exist in the loch. Another thing is that the loch is very deep and cold (and rich with fish).A perfect ecosystem for a dinosaur that could survive.Perhaps more diving teams and explorations will be able to prove the monster exist. Below is one of my most valuble sources: http://www.nessie.co.uk/
- I'd love for it to exist and be a dinosaur, but the chances are slim, really...
- I think the dinosaur theory sounds reasonable ;-)
- Nessie pictures and personal reports suggest that Nessie looks somewhat like a dinosaur, with a long neck and a back that resembles a boat floating upside down.
