Dinosaur movie...?

Does anyone know the name of the Dinosaur movie with the character REX? It is a cartoon movie &&& no it is not called DINOSAUR! Please this is bugging the heck out of me.

4. It's 'We're Back'; the first answer is correct. It's about 5 dinosaurs that come to life in a modern day setting, and they befriend a boy and girl. They are given some sort of pill that makes them smart and know how to talk, and the character Rex is the main dino, not surprisingly a T-Rex. There's a bad guy who runs a carnival and he feeds the dino's something called 'Brain Drain' and they get mean and he uses them in the act. The kids somehow manage to save the dino's. My brother and sister used to rent that all the time when they were younger, and I haven't even thought about it for probably 5 years now. It was a pretty cute movie!
5. Rex was the dinosaur in Toy Story & Toy Story 2, voiced by Wallace Shawn. Is that what you were thinking of?
