what is the name of a dinosaur movie made in the late 80s. There was only a long neck dinosaur in the movie.?

the movie was about a guy and a girl who find a long neck dinosaur in some jungle. If i remmeber correctly the villain was some poacher who wore a white suit. It was not a cartoon. It was good quality film for its time. Please tell me the name of thsi film.
