Does anyone know any action strategic games that is nonviolent (No human shooting) and contains no magic?

e.g.: A game like Dino Crisis 1 would qualify (Dinosaur shooting is fine - for survival and protection). e.g.: Resident Evil doesn't qualify (Because of the Zombis one has to shoot)

1. A classic strategy game: chess.
2. errrrr thats a hard one..I would think...errrrr...cabelas dangerous hunts 1/2 is the best I can think of.....oh and noone wants to hear "just play chess!" we're not friggin amish
