I used to play this arcade games where you were a dinosaur fighting another dinosaur mortal kombat-style..?

It was also either available on Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis. I would always be this blue dinosaur that had a very long tail and neck. You could turn the blood off or to green, again, very similar to Mortal Kombat.. I can't remember it for the life of me.. It was around in the mid-90's I believe. You all rock.. Thanks soooo much!!!
